GUALTALLARY, GRAND CRU OF MENDOZA
This district in Tupungato, within Valle de Uco, is the region of Mendoza with the highest-altitude vineyards. At 1,350 meters above sea level, its poor soil composition, cool days, and cold nights make this area a land of excellence.

Cabernet Franc
TASTING NOTES
Refined and elegant, combining spiced notes with red fruit, striking a perfect balance with authority. With great typicity and firm tannins, it remains both contemporary and modern.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand-harvested during the first week of April. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, 10% of which are second and third use.

TASTING NOTES
Lively and versatile, this wine showcases the characteristic minerality of Gualtallary’s limestone soils, with descriptors like chalk. It has sharp, long tannins on the palate, complemented by an elegant texture.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand-harvested, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with a maceration period of approximately 25 days. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, 10% of which are second and third use.

Fresh and modern, this is the queen of Aluvia. It boasts a broad palate, achieved through aging in second-use French oak barrels for 7 months, followed by another 7 months in concrete eggs to enhance its mouthfeel.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand-harvested during the first weeks of March and fermented in French oak barrels. The aging process is divided into 7 months in second-use French oak barrels and 7 months in concrete eggs to enhance its texture.

Elegant, mineral, and with great typicity, this Riesling has a rm texture and typical hydrocarbon aromas of the variety.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are hand-harvested during the day, at the end of March. A very careful and protective process of destemming and pressing is carried out. 40% of the wine ferments in second-use French oak barrels, and the rest ferments in well-protected stainless steel tanks to maintain aromatic freshness. e two styles are then blended and bottled.
